Wow... I was thinking about Samsung NP550 but it had heating issues. I think this is the perfect laptop for me.. Hoe is the build quality?? And what about sound quality??

This is a problem with this laptop model.. I guess. My friend has this laptop and the same problem happened with him. HP service center told him that its a hardware problem and they then sorted it out.
