hey everybody, I own a toshiba satellite p35series laptop with the following config, P4 3.2GHz HT processor, 1 gb ram, 17"widescreen, 80 gb hd, ati radeon 128 mb integrated graphics ........the problem is that i have two yellow vertical lines running across the tft on the right...

i tried running it at 1024x758 n i m getting 52 fps.............previously i was running the game at max resolution

the frame rate varies btw 35 n 45 to be precise

hey!! its sorted out now....well the problem was kinda silly....my sli bridge had not been tight...so the sli mode wasnt actually working the last few times i tried the game...i jus got a message saying sli disabled....but now its put in the rite place n wowowow.....FEAR is flowing!!!!!!i m...

i had an a8v-e mb with a 6600 LE graphics card in it. coupled with an athlon 3000+ and 1 gb ram.....i cud play most games including doom3,farcry(had to be patched though)etc at a very decent frame rate......i think the combo is worth every penny!!!go for it!!!

hey maheshwar.....i meant that my fear was slower on the system...compared to doom3,farcry,quake n most wanted.

well i m getting around 30 fps.......at max settings that is.what i meant by fall in frame rates is that ...when compared to doom3,most wanted,quake4 at max settings i get very smooth gameplay...but the fear demo was holding up every now and then.

go for the 6600GT....its a better version ....i jus recently set up sli using two xfx 6600xt cards....i tried out single card setup also...n the performance wasnt bad at all...........now XT is jus an overclocked LE!!!!! but gt is by far better as far as i know.....since u have an agp...
