Comes out to be 385 when you're checking out due to taxes and shipping. 21k approx. Pricing is perfect wrt the competitors. And Google earns though play store content in the US for while people hardly pay in India. Hence.
If you have the option of waiting, do wait. Something or the other keeps on coming out in the technology world. When the retina mini gets announced chances are that the next nexus would also be around the corner.
If gaming is your primary motive, I'd seriously recommend the mini. I have a nexus 7 and a One X as well but neither can game as well as the mini. Why?
1. iOS has a much better library of games. In addition to that, you often have popular games going for free. I recently downloaded Asphalt 7...
I'd say, if you can extend your budget slightly, go for ipad mini and Xperia l. That way you'll get to experience both ios and android. And both the devices are pretty good. Both will run anything thrown at them.
That was ram optimization issues in the earlier software versions. And that used to happen if you opened more than 3 simultaneously. I don't seem to notice it at all now.
Re: Mobile Buying Guide: May 2013
My friend had some issue with his phone, he sent it and he got a replacement in 15 days. I'm not sure if it should be called good.

Yes, just in the Gpu department and nothing else. If your wife doesn't game then one x + wins in every other department.
I don't think you would have a problem running shift. Most wanted runs decently on my one x and it would be better on the + and shift is much older so there won't be any issues with that. And all casual games run perfectly.
One X+ by all means is an awesome phone. I myself have been using one x for over 11 months now and haven't faced a single issue. It runs all the current games decently well and one x+ would be better at that as its gpu and cpu are both over clocked. It feels way way way better than the S3 and...
Optimus G is a great phone, no doubt! But if you ever wish to enter the world of custom roms/kernels, you will be utterly disappointed. And, you will eventually have to root if you wish to keep your LG phone up to date because believe it or not, LG sucks at updating.
Best would be to import a...
+1 to HTC One.
All the very good review sites(Theverge, Engadget and Anandtech) seem to favour it over S4.
Performance wise there isn't going to be any issue in either of them.
Software wise- UI- Sense, any day. Smart features are absolutely gimmicky.
Looks/feel- It's a landslide victory...
Couldn't agree more with AndroidFan! I read somewhere though I am not sure if it is true or not, you can't transfer apps to SD on the S4. That makes the 16gb model a bummer. 3 HD games and some usual apps and boom, your flagship is out of application storage.
All AOSP roms on the exynos S3...
I think that allowing users to use Stock ROM is more dependent on the OEM than Google. For example, on HTC's facebook phone you can disable the facebook home UI and use stock ROM on it.
Though, practically speaking, this would be very tough. The optimizations and the tweaks by these...
