his budget is 17 or 18k. if i like it, i may also get one but my gfx is ati 4760 512mb ddr3. sp2309 provides higher resolution and hdmi port. G2410 provides less power usage but no hdmi port. he is still confused.

low resolution ---- both will be same. high resolution ---- 4870 will dominate

go for 4670. similar performance, uses less power and cheaper.

go for Corsair vx450. better performance than CM 600w

i think it supports 720p resolution but not 1080p. so it is HD but not full HD. about aspect ratio --- 1680/1050 = 1.6 = 16:10. set top boxes in india provide only upto dvd quality. no hd at all in india before 2010.
