Try cleaning the registry of your PC. I would recommend you to use software like "Revo Uninstaller Pro" to uninstall any software from henceforth. It completely removes the software (removes registry values,remaining files after uninstallation,etc).

I did as you suggested ,deleted e drive and created 4 logical partitions in the unallocated space, but now there is a problem that while installing ubuntu the windows partitions are not detected. Please check my new thread in Opensource section.
