just go to the Asus service centre, they will flash the correct bios in a jiffy !! However, if u hav a AGP card, then u can plug it in & u WILL get the video ( & can then flash the correct bios thro dos)! the Beauty of Asus !

for 6-7k u cud get d 6600 non-gt.. Shud b able to handle d above games.. But just about... For 8.5-9k u cud get d 6600GT, which is a MUCH better card...

K8N4-E (nForce 4-4x) : its supposed to b a freak chipset.. Not recommended...

MSI-RS-480 is d only board avlbl in india which has onboard gfx.. Its in d pricerange u mentioned.. By low settings, it means that u'll b able to play @ 800*600 resolution wid low/medium effects..!
