HP AU116TX fits the bill perfectly. Only problem is the upgradability. I don't know how easy or difficult it would be to get to the RAM and HDD. Any idea?

The Moto X Play seems to be the logical choice for now if the performance edge that the ZF2 has over the X can be ignored. And yeah, Moto X will obviously have far better dev backing as has been the case with the previous gen Moto X devices and hence more ROMs to tinker around with.

G3 is now available for 28k on SD. Also, got a mail from Snapdeal regarding the Meizu MX5 sale starting 9:00AM tomorrow. It's raining phones in the 20-30K price band. :D
