Dear , it is not possible that in a machine you use two connections at same time.. Suppose you have two lan cards if you will configure the gateway in both then browsing would stop... Best option is that if one link is down use the second one vice versa, that's two lines & one modem...

Hey first you tell what is your IP given by BSNL, for VNC you should have public IP not private (192.x.x.x OR 10.x.x.x etc) that can be accessable from ouside word. Pls remember in your home you are using LAN that;s why VNC is working. -Him007
