My friend is going for an i5 760. Hes not intending to buy a video card so he needs one with integrated graphics. so any suggestions for a H55 model under 4k. same case with another friend but hes getting a core i3 530. same price cap

my vendor doesnt have the p55m-ud2 can u guys suggest another board of same price range? and whats the deal with the ga-p55-us3l ? cant find any decent revies for it online? btw im not looking to crossfire but would like usb 3.0 support and decent overclocking features...

also im kinda biased toward Intel cause I've had bad experience with AMD (but that cud be just me) plus i know guys who have OCed their i5 760 to 3.6Ghz easy with air cooling. also if i plan to OC, will the seasonic 520w hold me back or is it as good as the 550w corsair?
