How do i check wether the CPU speed is intact !? although, decreasing the CPU voltage has lowerd the RPM by 500 ! That Much noise is bearable while gaming! :D 1st i changed the CPU VOLTAGE control to manual ! then decreased the Voltage to 1.3 as suggested by sam ! and smart fan is turned on...
