Does anyone know how to update iPad mini 1 to iOS12?

My iPad mini one can't update to the latest version of iOS, which causes some new apps don't available to install. Any way to update to the latest iOS version?

You cannot update the first gen iPad to iOS 12. The hardware simply isn't capable of running it. iOS 12 is run only on 64 bit h/w devices only.
