work fine as desktop cubes for moderate-usage in music-listening (speaking conservatively, as I have used them that way for a very very brief period), and decent as ceiling speakers (timbre-matching will be a factor). I have a video-recording of music-playback on these speakers. will upload it later. should help to give a rough idea.
