You should at least install chipset drivers first.
Yeah did it, and was finally able to install the same drivers which Sunil posted, but the same problem exists on that version of Realtek drivers even! I have to find topics regarding similar problem and see whether there is a known fix or not!

By the way, this was due to the Windows 10's built-in Fast Startup option, apparently since 1809 update it didn't let the system for a complete shut down but hibernation only, or something of the sort. Disabling that made the problem go away.

:facepalm: What happened to MS,every updated version looks worst than previous one.
