Where exactly you are trying to install Windows?
What is the source of installation?
How have you partitioned your disk?
Is it a dual boot?

Your mobo is set in UEFI only mode that is why you are getting this error, change it to compatibility/CSM/legacy mode(check in your mobo bios boot settings).

Is the hard connected to sata port of the mobo?Have you restarted the pc after disabling UEFI in mobo bios?Which software you used to create bootable win 7 pen drive? Is there some CSM/legacy option in your mobo bios,if yes then enable it.

I was wrongly done... While Installing OS, when error pop ups, I used CMD to convert MBR to GPT. I lost all important documents in one of my Hardisk that also heard some noise Tak Tak...So send to replacement for Warranty only 6 months to left to expired.
They give replacement instantly, that was on top of Hardisk Black Color sticker, that means it was refurbished.
I refused to take replacement. I request to Blue color label New Hardisk.
They assured it will take 7 to 10 days to reach by Courier.

Above your given link after installing OS only will change format.

As of now I need How to Change Format with any data loss...While Installing OS.

Mention exact system specs(processor & mobo model). Also mention how these two WD hdd were connected before & working.

Win ISO size has no relation with GPT/MBR,I think you are confusing it with NTFS/FAT32(FAT doesn't support files larger than 4gb).

Processor:-
Name Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
Codename Yorkfield
Specification Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz
Package (platform ID) Socket 775 LGA (0x4)

Mother Board: Intel® Desktop Board DP45SG
Northbridge Intel P45/P43/G45/G43 rev. A2
Southbridge Intel 82801JR (ICH10R) rev. 00
Graphics Interface PCI-Express
PCI-E Link Width x16
PCI-E Max Link Width x16
Memory Type DDR3
Memory Size 8 GBytes
Channels Dual, (Symmetric)
Memory Frequency 666.7 MHz (1:2)

When ever connect two Hardisk... Always some issues like some times will detect or some starting issues or freezing.

So I disconnect one use as external through hardisk casing

Changing between MBR & GPT is risky even when using tool suggested above, better take a back of important data first. Windows can only be installed on a hard disk directly connected to sata port of mobo so no hard disk casing for win install.

Already lost data to change format in command prompt
I never Installing OS in hardisk casing.

My doubt is , till now I never faced this problem. Why this happen, Microsoft change any modifications in current version OS?

Last year, I installed redstone 4 and it was GPT.. and drive was MBR..
So I first changed system using minitool..
So without any data lost I converted only c drive to GPT.. and after that one by one changed all drive to GPT, if I remember correctly, no data lost.

Any hard disk changes are done when hard disk is not in use, otherwise you will lose data.
So booting up through different software helps, it uses RAM memory.

If I was not wrong, Windows 7 should be installed on legacy BIOS hard drive. I got it fixed by disabling UEFI and Secure boot in BIOS. Windows 7 has no GPT issue, which is for Windows 10

Win 7 32bit does not support booting from GPT(irrespective of UEFI enabled or not) but win 7 64bit does support booting from GPT media with UEFI enabled.
