Do note that intel changes its processor socket almost every year so expect next gen processors & mobos to arrive within 2 years from now to replace latest intel 9th gen.You will also be paying more for intel.

I have never used AMD processors. Are there any major differences between 2700 and 2700K? Can you help me to understand about AMD 450 and x470 chipset?

'k' version ryzen processors are basically a bit higher quality meaning their overclocking potential is more than non-k versions assuming your luck isn't so bad that you get a 'k' version chip which just matches/slightly better than non-k version.

X470 mobos have extra pcie lanes & certain extra features but nothing significant.A good B450 mobo with good VRMs(like msi b450 gaming pro carbon ac) is better than a cheap x470 mobo with avg/poor VRMs(like many x470 gigabyte & asus mobos).

I suggest getting a single 16gb stick instead of 8gb*2 as your usage may need 32gb in future & 2*16gb performs better than 4*8gb ram on ryzen. Also for the same price of samsung 970 evo 250gb you can get 860 evo 500gb sata ssd,unless you can significantly notice the improvement of NVMe in your usage scenario 500gb 860 evo seems better option.

Just read any recent reddit thread or youtube reviews of well known overclockers like buildzoid. For Ryzen platform Gigabyte has overall poor/avg VRMs on most of their mobos except for some high end models. For similar price MSI has better VRMs overall & even asus is generally considerd to have better build quality overall so there really is no reason to buy a gigabyte ryzen mobo unless it is the only option.

I am actually glad to hear this. No one company should have monopoly. It is bad for consumers.

I think Corsair SPec 01 is a more value cabinet than Antec P8. Spec 01 is around 2800 INR.
