Choosing an audio system on a tight budget

Already bought a proper projector, and now I’m looking for a cheap audio system (5.1), something like this.
What for: I’m going to play video games and watch movies from Netflix. So I’m not chasing after the best audio quality, I feel that's impossible for such price. What I need is a good, but affordable setup.
Do you have any recommendations?

As for now, I’m choosing between these two:
* Yamaha YHT-3920
* Logitech Z906 (since someone recommended them in this topic)
Which one you’d recommend to try?

I would go with Yamaha YHT-3920
