Factory reset Mi TV 4A

I am not able to use the software part of Mi TV 4A 43 inch. Is it possible to factory reset it through some method ?

As it is under warranty period it is advisable to call customer care and have an technician do it.

Thinking about factory reset before thinking about calling customer care, I see.
