When using modded Mac , How much incompatibilty issues will occur in AMD when compared with intel?

Hi guys,
My friend wants an pc for iOS app dev. But he having no money to buy an iMac. So I told he can use hackintosh .. But we doubt the performance of mac os in intel vs AMD
,
That is , we short listed

(Intel core i5 8600k or core i7 8700) VS ( AMD Ryzen 5 2600x);

So here is the confusion .

If we install hackintosh in non Apple PCs , we know that some problems will occur.

But comparing intel vs amd , please tell which processer makes lot of problems.. ? Because Apple computers using only Intel cpus.

So what will happen if I install mac in AMD system. ?

Hackontish on an AMD build is difficult but possible. I suggest checking Home | tonymacx86.com for compatible parts. Intel would be a better choice since Apple use them in their system. Plus Intel Quick Sync is Intel only as the Name suggests. That is what makes FinalCut Pro rendering fast.

Hackontish are not the most stable and illegal in the eyes of Apple. You will probably face issues if you intend to publish the iOS apps on their official app store.

I would suggest a used MacMini or Macbook Air. Yeah I know both have old specs but it's the only legal option. You may even try for a refurbished 2015 Macbook Pro.
