thanks..i've disabled the Taskscheduler...wats tat searchfilterhost.exe?? shud i disable it? how to?? i hav noticed the behaviour of dwm before..it doesnt consume more memory..so i leave it.. ..i disabled the tasksheduler in the services tab of configuration settings...after reboot it is...

i hav uptodate virus database for McAfee..:)..i've never experinced such one in vista before 1 week...normally the cpu usage wud be between 0 to 5% and memory usage will be 25% wen the system in idle..even wen i run photoshop or avid movie editor the cpu usage has never crossed 60%..:!:..but now...

my system is fully protected with McAfee total protection pack...anyway i too doubt it for a virus..McAfee cud'nt detect it..seems so..any other solution to this???
