the problem maybe with ur graphics card. Try to lower the graphics card acceleration, install new drivers , lower the resolution and bring down the refresh rate of ur monitor.

If the system restarts only when u r doin graphics intensive application then the prob cud b with ur graphics card. Check if ur moniter coerd is tightly placed. Also check the graphics card slot. Update to the latest graphics card drivers or use the older stable ones. Lower ur monitor...

Maybe the problem is with ur graphics card. Try to install newer graphics card drivers. Or the older ones that worked. And try changing the graphics card acceleration mode to medium.

those temeratures are alright my amd athlon system usually runs at temps around 63 degrees. and its been 2 yrs since i bought it. and it still runs great.

ok, flasing bios is a risky thing. But its quite easy the only point u have to take care of is that u have an uninturrupted power supply. And check if if ur bois supports flashing. Then u can use a bios update.bin file and a bios flashing tool such as winflash or any other boot time flashing...
