in fact, they are just small differences of the UI(User Interface), the developer are easy to migrate softwares between them. so you can easy find the same software existed in both devices.

Frankly speaking, nokia is more uesful in work and software extentions and SE is good at taking photo and music playing.

it is not a good idea to buy mobile phones at such a low price!
