ya pretty sure i installed it right hard to install it wrong really i even got the latest pc suite from the sony site but it's just not working on my pc :-x i'll try that cleaning thing later nice to meet you too n thanks for the advice :smile:

i have the data cable but it wont charge on my pc i dont gdet it it will work fine on my bf's p.c :s is there anything i can do that will help? :|
