The vehicles and weapons in the Race 3 trailer

The high octane Race 3 trailer is out and is packed with expensive and exotic vehicles. Fortunately only he relatively cheaper stuff somersault through the air and/or explode. We take a closer look at all the cars, bikes and guns in the trailer. If you have not seen it yet, you can do so right here.

The trailer opens with three High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles, abbreviated as HMMWV and commonly known as Humvees. This is the military version of the Hummer, and is manufactured by AM General. It is used by the armed forces around the world.

Then we see a Rolls Royce Ghost, specifically, the new Black Badge Ghost. It is in front of a bunch of 2018 Jeep Wranglers.

Salman Khan is taking out a goon in this scene, and the guy has a wide smile on his face even though he just got fired at by a clearly overpowered and CGI pistol. It looks like a standard Glock 19, but we cannot be sure at this resolution.

In this scene, Khan is holding what looks like a classic revolver with a wooden grip. The squarish trigger guard makes it look like a Colt.

Anil Kapoor looks like he is about to kick some butt in this frame. Finding this pistol was a hard one. It looks like a badass plastic pistol that someone just picked up from the props department. First we checked all the well known manufacturers, and found nothing. Something about Anil Kapoor’s stance, and the shape of the handgun makes it look like an automatic pistol, which put us on the right track, but still we did not find anything that matched. Then we started looking for automatic blank pistols, considering that this is a movie and all. Finally, we found one that actually matched, from a Turkish manufacturer. This is the Zoraki 925 Auto. This discovery made us think that the previous two firearms are also probably blank guns.

This is clearly a Ferrari. In some angles it looks like a F50 gt, and in others it looks like the 458. It is actually the Ferrari 488 GTB, the replacement of the 458. Unfortunately, it is not the 488 Pista, which was unveiled at the Geneva Motor show earlier this year.

This is the Eurocopter AS365 Dauphin or a variant, considering the shape of the nose cone.

There is a lot going on in this scene. Another Dauphin looks like it is brining in whoever is going to drive that Bugatti Veyron.  On the left is a McLaren mp4-12c.

The profile of this bike clearly screams Ducati. Going by the shape of the exhaust pipes and the mufflers, this looks like the Ducati Diavel.

This is the legendary Black Hawk. Or more accurately, the Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk.

You can read the name of the manufacturer on the front grill here. This one is a Ford Pickup, either the Ford F-150 or the Ford Super Duty. The 4x rocket launcher that Bhai is carrying does not look like any real rocket launcher. It seems to be made for the movie, based on the M202 FLame Assault SHoulder Weapon (FLASH) famously used by Arnold Schwarzenegger in Commando.

The money shot. More Humvees.
