samsung galaxy y dous problem

Hi everyone, i had recently purchased samsung galaxy y dous and its showing some signs of problem.
1- its balcklight keys does not seem to work.
2- i hear echoes while listening to music through my earphones.
Kindly help me in this matter.

1- it dont have backlit keys...
2- switch off 5.1 sound from music player now playing screen button...

@OP : Your first problem might be that the touch buttons at bottom becomes unresponsive sometimes. I happens in my Galaxy Y too.

To solve your second problem, just try another headset. If no problem, then there might be fault with the headset

@anupam_ pb i have also tried that but i think the problem exists with the earphone jack.

Seems to be problem in headphone jack. Take it to service centre.
