Reduced speaker volume after win 10 upgrade

my hp 14b015dx pavillion 14 laptop lost volume noise after a free upgrade to windows 10.can someone help.i upgraded this original win 8 device to win 10 on MS free upgrade abt 6 mth back but after a second maj update about a week back this issue has started.

This is a weird bug with Win10.

I upgraded from Win7 to Win10 and this issue was observed for audio from webpages (youtube, hotstar etc)
If the issue is similar to this, you can refer this guide,

Tried all these-nothing works.drivers are uptodate

reinstalling thse old win 8 drivers from hp website restored the volume.just ran the download
