Moto G2 screen coming loose

On my 2 year old Moto G2, screen on right side middle side (near power button) is coming loose, it is little bulged out wards, if i press slightly, the screen changes color like a ripple.

Any idea if Moto service center fix these problems, i don't want to play too much to fix a 2 year old phone. What is the best solution for this problem ?

May be go to third party repair people. They should be able to fix these things for cheap.
