Motherboard vrm issue

Hello friends I have a MSI x99 Mobo....it gets restarted every 5-7 min...one of my friends said that it may be vrm issue..can it be repaired??? I live in remote area and there is no service centre here...

My first guess would be the BIOS, they aren't real quick on getting updates in place that are needed.....try unplugging, resetting CMOS, start with a single stick of DRAM and try to boot to the BIOS - if it works raise the VCCSA voltage to 1.25 and the DRAM voltage to 1.4, save, exit shutdown and add the rest of the DRAM

Update to the latest Bios version and check if it works.
