Dunno.. But lucky he did sell & we got it. Even i bought gears of war 4 game fir 1k last night. Just getting some stuff cheap that matter 2 me. Dont care how tbh.

They buy from kinguin.net in bulk and get it for $15 each or even lesser.
They also buy from reddit for $15
Those who have MSDN accounts and are members sell keys for $15 each.
