What version of Windows you are trying to install?
Are you using USB 3 port on the PC or USB 2? Also if you have a DVD drive and access to Windows install DVD or if you can create one from the ISO try opting for DVD install as well.
What device it asks to load drivers for? Can you share a screen photo?

Are you plugging it in USB 3 port or USB 2 port?

Try the following
1. Disable any USB 3 ports in BIOS if any
2. Plug the pen drive in USB2 port
3. If the error appears, remove the pen drive, reinsert in same or another port and try again clicking OK
4. Recreate ISO on USB pen drive. Rufus is a good app for that.
5. What is the Source of Windows 7 installer. Does it include Windows 7 SP1 Convenience Rollup update?
