Not mentioned on update site. But at least 1 update they may give either OS upgrade or minor security update.
Ask Lenovo customer care or official Lenovo forums (forums.lenovo.com).
Or use Lenovo Companion app on Android.
Lenovo updates are irregular comparing to their Moto updates.

Keep checking this link for new OTA Updates download.

But other than OS update, custom ROMs are coming for this device.
Lineage, resurrection etc try it when it comes.

There is magnetometer available for this device. Check it.

^compass app also provided though calibration sucks. Don't know if calibration works or not.

While updating via OTA you will not get the above message but while you are manually updating only you will get the above message.

Why there is Mic issue in all brands of phones which are based on Nougat?

I mean very less volume or low voice when in a call.

Only a subsequent update is able to solve the issue irrespective of brand.

Mic sound is ok for me.

If rooted device..
root>system>etc
file named mixer_paths_mtp.xml, just open it with the ES editor
change values for "headset-mic"

Also when recording voice or video, mic is having much disturbance before March in Nougat but now it has been solved by an update.

I think so, no matter of rooting will solve the problem.
