I had a Logitech G400S which went kaput in Dec 2016. It was purchased in 2014 from Snapdeal. My brother went to the service center on 15th Dec, 2016. He was provided with the replacement in 30 minutes. A newly packed and October imported Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury. Very happy with the speedy service and excellent replacement provided.
