[Buying] Refrigerator under 60k

I need to purchase a good refrigerator for my family. Budget is under 60k INR and should have following requirements:
1. It should be the best in cooling performance as I am paying too much for just a home appliance.
2. Service and quality should be best in class as I am not buying for next 12-15 years.
3. It should be power efficient so suggest me new technology to save elect bill.

By doing some research today I found few models that I want your opinion on:
1. Samsung 523L Convertible Double Door that costs 63k in my nearby dealer.
2. Panasonic 582L NR-BS60MSX1 Side-by-Side for 60k on flipkart.
3. Haier 565L HRF 618 SS Frost-free Side-by-Side for 54k on amazon.
