1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: To play AAA games.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:30K

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:Already have Harddisk

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:No, I have Dell 22" led IPS monitor

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Cabinet, PSU (Local brand 450W), Hard disk, DVD writer

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Intel G4560, Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2, Corsair Value Select 8GB DDR4 PC4-17000 Unbuffered 2133Mhz CL15 and Zotac GTX 1050 TI 4GB GDDR5

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I will assemble it

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I've already ordered Processor & Motherboard from MDcomputers and Ram from Amazon yesterday .

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I'm planning to use my old Cabinet and PSU (5 years old) for this build. And also in coming weeks i'm going to buy Graphics Card mentioned above in point no. 8. - Should I buy a new PSU or this local (Real Tech brand - 450W) will work without any issue?

Your selected config is good enough for playing AAA games at 1080p medium settings. And you should change your PSU to a reliable one like CX430M or S12II 430 unless you want your new components to get fried by your current PSU.

You need to get 64 bit Windows 10. IIRC, there are installation and/or driver related issues of win 7 on kabylake. And Win10 has DirectX12 which win7 lacks.

There is no point in using a 32 bit desktop OS.

You will have some money left after buying the things you listed. Use that to buy a good and reliable PSU, don't use the local one esp. when your rig contains a dedicated graphic card.

Thank you for your suggestions.
Could you please help me decide on one of these PSUs:
Antec VP450P

instead of Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2 , pick Gigabyte H110M-DS2 .. the latter is much more durable but make sure that seller sends it with updated BIOS only...

Corsair Cx 430m unless you can get it for Rs 3200-3500 is overpriced for Rs 4000 or something .. If you are spending this much , directly get Antec VP550P at Rs 4300- 4500 much much better..

Will old games like NFS, Counter Strike and PPSSPP / Pcsx2 Ps2 emulated work on win 10 64bit?

that no name local "5 year old" PSU is a time bomb .. you were lucky if it didn't kill any other components by now..

try to get PSU offline , should be cheaper ,see if you can get it for Rs 4,000 or less .. and get Antec VP550P v2 only , don't buy VP500PC , .. they are different ..

It will. Moreover, you will get DirectX 12.0 in W10 which will provide more performance (game dependent), when compared to DirectX 11.0 in W7.
Btw, there's the infamous 3GB barrier in 32-bit OS which will cripple your 8GB RAM, as @SaiyanGoku mentioned above.
