If it is not in stock, call them when it will be available.
Otherwise choose any premium sound card from either Asus or Creative...

@OP, why do u need a 20k card ? If you're audiophile type, you can invest more on speakers and less on soundcard.

Exactly, unless he is some musician or in the music industry, or damn rich, nobody would go with 20K audio card and normal speakers.

If OP wants a 20K audio card then he should also go with 40K speakers which will truly utilise the efficiency of that audio card.

Otherwise any Asus or Creative audio card which is a budget card is more than enough.

Like Creative Xifi Series is good I think so.

OP can go with Bose, Yamaha, Swans likewise premium audio speaker systems 1st then add a similar premium audio chipset.

Bose & Yamaha are available upwards from 40k

Creative Xifi are available from 11k

I meant external sound cards as well as internal sound cards.

PS: What is OPs purpose? Either just listening to music or creating music?

OP needs to clarify that!

I have the soundblaster Z bought way back in 2014 for Rs 12K when it was new. The sound quality is really good compared to any RealTek onboard sound chip. Anyway, coming back to your point, the sound card will not matter if you are connecting through SPDIF (optical output) to your AVR, as the actual digital to analog conversion will be done at your AVR's end. Sound card will only transmit digital data over SPDIF.
Sound card's DAC will come into picture only if you are using the analogue output of your sound card (3.5mm output) and in this case, yes the sound quality of sound card is vastly superior to any onboard DAC.
