Hi guys.
I'm looking for a good reliable mobile phone under Rs 18000.

My main priorities are:
Android/Windows Phone
3.7"+ screen
FRONT-FACING CAMERA (MUST - Many phones lack this one)
Fast and Fluid UI
If android, then Ice Cream Sandwich update should be available in the future.
A good camera.

I've seen a lot of phones which are good and well in price namely:
HTC One V (but lacks a front camera)
Micormax A85 (ICS is unlikely)
LG Optimus Black (Terribly slow UI, IDK if ICS would make it faster)
LG Optimus Sol (Descent Build Quality, but is faster than Black. In consideration)
Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V (Looks wierd, but is a good choice. In consideration)
Samsung Omnia W (Less Apps, but nice phone. In consideration)

So, what I shortlisted are :
Optimus Sol, Xperia Neo V, Omnia W. Is there any other present out there? i would love to know. Which one would you prefer in these phones (with reason)?

Thanks.

Since you want a fast and fluid UI get the Omnia W
Windows Phone 7.5 is a great OS and gives a good fluid enduser experience. There are a few constraints though like you cannot transfer files over bluetooth. Otherwise the phone is very good.

LG's stock Android ROMs are buggy and unoptimized. Also, their updates are very slow (ICS for OBlack is in Q3 2012 I believe). So unless you're ready to flash custom ROMs, look elsewhere. SE Xperia Neo V seems to your best bet. Good hardware, proper support, plus upcoming official ICS update. If not wanting Android, then go for the Samsung Omnia W.

Stay away from Neo V... I have personally used it.. its a bang for the buck with all the features and the attractive price.. but terrible build quality...

Check this thread...

Sony Ericsson Neo V is a good choice but if you want to use front cam for 3g video calling it does not support that...you can only do video chat via gtalk/skype... same goes with windows phone
For Neo V Sony has already announced ICS update...seeding in foreign countries now...maybe in 4-6 weeks it will land in India too..
check for other phones also whether they allow 3g video calls over the network...

I would like to suggest you Incredible S for 18-19k or One V for 18k.
And if you are ok with the windows phone after knowing all its pros and cons then Omnia W is a very good option that too for 15k

Well, at your budget, only two phones hold good IMO, those are SE Neo V and Omnia W. I have used both. Neo V's build quality is good, the back is a fingerprint magnet, has a front facing cam and primary cam is 720p recording capable. But if you want Windows Phone, then go for Omnia W. Here's a link which will make you take the decision easily. \
