Yes, Antec VP series is definitely better than Corsair VS series and slightly better than CS series. Better to avoid CM series PSU. Regarding Ram, try to get the G-Skill RipjawX series Ram instead of Corsair XMS3 as the former one overclocks better and also support tighter latency.
Now, I want...
1st of all, if you are suggesting an SSD for OS and software, why again suggesting an WD Black series which is almost twice costlier than the WD Blue series.
Also the kind of money OP is spending, a R9 280X or GTX 770 should be minimum for gaming at 1080P, GTX 760 will be struggling to provide...
Get Intel Haswell based CPU if you are not planning to overclock. Power consumption of FX-8350 is pretty high during load when compared to Haswell. Since gaming is the main concern, Core i5 will do just fine. I have chosen it because of the heavily threaded apps I use.
With Core i5 4440 and Sapphire R9 290 Tri X, you will get better Frame rates than FX-8320. Now if you are ready for small overclocking then bumping the speed a little like 200 to 300 MHz will give you slightly better FPS. If you can accommodate i5 and 290 then go with it. Else FX-8320 + 290 Tri-X.
For serious overclocking, you need something more powerful, something like DeepCool Ice Blde pro or Assassin. This is because the cooler needs to cool down both CPU and a GPU with 512 stream processors.
No, you can't unlock all the four cores, one core is having faulty design and that's why it was disabled in the 1st place. Your processor is not an Athlon II X3 450 as Athlon II lacks the L3 cache, it is more like Phenom II X3 design. With stock cooler, I think you shouldn't try hard because...
No, none of the Graphics card fro any company comes with International warranty. So if you are buying from US, buy whichever is cheaper, A.S.S. does not matter in India as no warranty. XFX DD cards are of very good build quality and many reviewers including Hardocp use them for their test...
Don't get by the size of the memory in a Graphics card in lower and mid range section. Within 9K, GTX 750 1GB is really a good buy. And 2GB Video memory is useful when you're paying @ 1920X1080 or higher resolution. For 1366X768, 1GB video Ram is enough.
Whatever, after 5 years, nobody can guarantee about the availability of compatible motherboards for your current processor, no matter whether it is an Intel or AMD.
Your current PC upgrade is not possible as the processor line up (Core2Duo series and LGa775 motherboard ) is dead for last couple years. And probably you're having DDR2 Ram which is also obsolete. You will ne needing a new Processor, Motherboard, Ram, Graphics card and probably a new Power...
