Just because a motherboard doesnt officially support 1066 MHz RAM doesnt meant that it wont run it...The P5N32-E SLI officially only supports 800MHz, but that doesnt mean that higher speed RAMs wont run on it...
And yes i was talking about the Corsair PSU, not the memory.
No 2 X 8600GT wont give...
Well based on the fact that we have very similar configs I would say that the Corsair is more than enough.
As for your motherboard, why dont you buy a 650i motherboard for now? If you decide to go the DDR3 way later you can buy an X38 based mobo then. Since you do not plan on overclocking...
Seems fine...are the GPU temps at stock or load?
BTW, I forgot to mention earlier that I lapped my procesor and thats why my temps are like that. Lapping helped reduce my temps by 3-4C.

There is a graph that compares quite a few coolers at idle and load. As you can see, CoolerMaster coolers arent as good as some of the others. According to that, the CM Hyper6+ is the best CM cooler.

Yeah I have OC'd. Max OC I got was 3.03 Gigs (1350 FSB). My board is not suited for overclockin quads unfortunately. I got the u-120 from sidewinder computers ( www.sidewindercomputers.com ). Dont know the exact cost as it was a big combined order for me and my friend. you can get the...
^^I dont know about the 1.1 kVA model but the back-up 650VA used to give problems with the Corsair HX-620 PSU. I would suggest a smart series UPS from APC. I got the 750 VA model for 8.8k. Its perfectly fine, gives 15+ minutes backup in windows (not gaming). What PSU do you have?
Yeah thats the problem. The thing is that the other power ports on the PSU are not meant to power graphics cards and so it could be that your card is not getting the power it needs as other system components are drawing too much power.
See that could be the problem. GFX cards are meant to be connected only using the PCI-E power ports from the PSU. Those are designed to meet the power requirements of the gfx cards. Just try and see if you can get a 6-pin PCI-E to 4-pin adapter so that you can connect your gfx card to the PCI-E...
