The i5 14500 will outperform R7 7700X on multicore productivity work but is on a dead platform. But 7700X is better in single core load. So R5 7600 will be even worse.

Good to go, it is literally the same chip, didn't even get a small IPC upgrade like 13th gen got over 12th gen. Likely just a 0.1GHz all core freq bump, worth the extra ₹500-600. Stock 13600K will outperform 14500 easily but former didn't get any major price cuts.
