answers in same order... 1. yes your RAM should be same as that of the previous one in terms of speed and latency... 2. you can go with either hd5670 or hd6570. 3. cx430 is a good psu you can go with it happily..

you really don't need K processors and with that res and moderate or less gaming hd 7750 would be fine but if you have little extra left then should go for hd 7770 it will improve the graphics quite a bit then 7750 and you'll be just fine with 450W psu. and the build you asked about is good...
