Hi,
My old Seagate 250GB SATA showing 'Current Pending Sector' error at HD Tune.
Is there any way to fix it ?
This is my main HDD and I can'r able to buy any new HDD at present.

Backup your important data asap. Change sata / ide cable. Change port.

If the no. of Current Pending sector and Uncorrectable Error Count is increasing still it's time for a new HDD.

Look at " Uncorrectable Error Count" - which has jumped 84 to 327 - which is a clear sign you HDD is failing. So get a new HDD.

Also make sure you are using a good Power Supply Unit.

^^ Thats not a great piece of PSU TBH - hope you don't have hardwares that draws too much power.

Anyway, I would still strongly suggest you to get a new HDD.

Are the S.M.A.R.T. readings from the application AIDA64, sufficiently reliable; or should I consult additional applications such as HD Tune, etcetera?

@HackerX; sincerest apologies if you deem I have hijacked your thread.

S.M.A.R.T. readings from the application AIDA64 is sufficient but it would be better if you use CrystalDiskInfo :
CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

PSU is one and half year old.
I guess HDD was near 3 years old but it was Certified Repaired.
Unfortunately no idea about approx power on hours/count and the screen shots gone withh HDD.
But HDD not used much may be two to three hours each day for 3 years.

your PSU should still be fine . in your posted screenshot , i can see power on hours 7k hours approx .. it was a repaired HDD so probably this is why it didn't last that long

So far my experience most of the "Certified Repaired " Hard drives are just crap specially the ones are from seagate.
