Interpreting letter in memory number -DDR3

Hi,
CPU-Z app reports my two 1333Mhz RAM Sticks (same Corsair model number) as PC3-10700H and PC3-10700. One has 'H' as last character, other one does not.

Does anyone know what that letter H signify?

A slight difference in timings,nothing significant for a typical user.
