Redmi Note 4 is under 15k. Except for the crap iOS like UI and ok-ish camera compared to Moto G5 Plus and G4 Plus, it is good option for the huge 4Ah battery. Still would recommend G5+ or G4+ for camera and UI.

If 30k budget is not an issue, look for no phone other than OP3T.

Why would there be a need for customer service if phone has no hardware issues?

Are you giving a guarantee certificate that there will be no hardware issues with this phone? With people having jobs, it is very difficult to take out time & get your phone serviced when there is no service centre at your city. Under no circumstances will a boss give their employee leave to get their phone serviced. So buying a phone worth 30,000/- with no service centre is insane.

Get a redmi note 4 64GB one tell you brother to try on mi site rather than flipkart he would have better chance securing one or he may also opt for lenovo z2 plus 32GB/64GB according to his requirement.

Couldn't agree more. There is no "guarantee" about anything. I remember someone wrote a review on Amazon that his motherboard of OP got fried and it was 2 months and still nothing was done by the support team. While that phone is good, I wasn't a big fan of the same because of lineage OS but people at xda changed my mind, I still won't buy it considering you can get a Galaxy by stretching your budget a little, but the specs are good. Anyways go for G5 or G5+ and do not buy from FK people here got scratched/used phones from that crappy site-

FK should change their name to an another word which starts from F and ends with a K. And no I am not talking about Facebook.

theterminator OP3T is certainly bang for every buck. But I just checked the official customer support page and man, that is goofed up :D

The link for searching nearest service center takes you back to the product help page :D , and there is even a silly typo! They have written "Mobile couriers" instead of "Mobile carriers" :D

link: Product - How can I find a service center in India? - OnePlus (IN

They do not have any service center of theirs in India, and contracted Regenersis and B2X for after sales tech support.
Well, I would still have definitely gone for OP3T, or maybe waited for OP5.
